My passion is leveraging my over 15 years of international experience in Treasury and Accounting to empower companies to build and maintain efficient and effective Treasury functions.
Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to implementing and optimizing Treasury processes at multinational corporations and clients, reducing financial risks faced by companies, improving process quality, and eliminating manual work to enable employees of my clients to focus their time on more strategic and value-adding tasks.
I achieve this through a unique combination of deep expertise in Treasury and Accounting, business process automation, data transformation and visualization, and emotional intelligence skills.

Gatis Kazakevičs
I am a finance and treasury professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, treasury operations, and financial controlling. I hold a Certificate in Treasury from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and an MBA degree.
During my career, I have focused on establishing robust treasury and financial processes, investor relationships, debt financing, FX risk management, cash flow management, and liquidity forecasting. Recently, I have expanded my expertise to include financial modeling, reporting, controlling, and budgeting, enabling me to drive improved financial performance and strategic decision-making.
I am passionate about driving innovation in financial processes through the process automation and building sustainable relationships with stakeholders to ensure organizational success.

Additionally, my experience in financial forecasting and optimizing treasury operations has enabled me to drive strategic decision-making and deliver measurable results. I am passionate about fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and leveraging innovative solutions to achieve sustainable success for the organizations I serve.

I am a seasoned treasury professional with extensive experience in managing complex global treasury operations from both banking and corporate treasury perspective. My specialty lies in defining and optimizing treasury strategy and process improvement, by utilizing treasury technology to achieve a high degree of data-based decision making and automation. I have a proven track record in transforming treasury functions through leading the introduction of new solutions such as treasury management systems, global payments hubs, in-house banking and global cash pool structures.
Passionate about continuous improvement, I drive efficiency and scalability in treasury operations and highly enjoy the fast-paced, high-stakes international corporate environment, always having a new challenge around the corner.
Evaldas Balkys
Evaldas is a finance executive with over 15 years of experience in international roles. He offers a unique blend of expertise across treasury advisory, corporate banking, and internal corporate finance functions. As a treasury consultant serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, he has built an extensive track record with multinational corporations and non-governmental organizations.
Evaldas’ interests lie in treasury strategy, governance and control frameworks, and financial risk management. He enjoys deploying (technology) solutions that support centralization, minize risks, improve working capital and promote business expansion. Evaldas has led global treasury projects ranging from strategic treasury assessments and roadmap design, to establishing a greenfield treasury function, to hands-on technology implementation. He has an extensive background in global liquidity management, banking and technology partner selection, treasury management system and in-house bank implementation.
Evaldas has a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics. He holds a Diploma in Treasury Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK) and was previously a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager charterholder. Evaldas has also delivered treasury training courses as a tutor on behalf of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK).

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across various industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, retail, real estate and e-commerce focusing on driving financial optimization and strategic growth. I'm passionate about leveraging my expertise to contribute to the treasury function's evolution and am excited to exchange insights with fellow professionals at this esteemed association.
Monta Tija Brakovska
My career in corporate finance and project management, which began in 2017, has led me to an exciting role as Treasury Manager. I have successfully brought the insights and expertise gained from working in multiple financial institutions to support the success of a local commodity trading company. In my role as Treasurer, I have collaborated with financial institutions across nearly every continent as well as managed the risks and operations of a wide range of currencies, including some less commonly traded ones. While my experience is still evolving, it has highlighted several areas in which treasury operations in the Baltics could be further enhanced.
